Data Deletion Instructions

Last Updated: October 29, 2026

Dallas Best Car Detailing LLC uses Meta's messaging tools (our "Dallas Best Reader" app) to reply to messages sent to our Facebook Page and Instagram account. We don't offer Facebook Login on our website. The only Meta data we have about you is what comes with the messages you send us: the Page- or Instagram-scoped ID Meta assigns to you, your profile name or username, and your messages, the photos or files you send, and their timestamps.

How to Ask Us to Delete It

Do any one of these:

  1. Send "delete my data" to us on Facebook Messenger (our Facebook Page) or Instagram (@best_dallas_car_detailing). Your request is passed to the owner.
  2. Email hello@dallasbestdetail.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Include the name on your Facebook or Instagram profile so we can find the conversation.
  3. Call or text (214) 865-8825.

What We Delete

Your Messenger or Instagram conversation history, and the identifiers and profile name we stored with it, from our customer relationship management (CRM) system and our message automation system. If you have booked a service with us, we may keep the minimum booking and payment records we need for our business records or that the law requires. We will tell you if anything is kept and why.

Deleting our copy does not delete the conversation from Facebook or Instagram. Meta keeps its own copy under its own policies, and you can delete the conversation in the Messenger or Instagram app.

When

We will complete your request within 45 days, the same timeline as in our Privacy Policy, and let you know when it's done.

Stopping Future Messages

You can stop contacting us at any time. In Messenger or Instagram you can block or restrict our account, or delete the conversation. Blocking stops new messages but doesn't delete what we already have, so send a deletion request as well if you want that removed.

More Information

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect from Messenger and Instagram and how we use it (see Section 5A).
