Before you book, before you wonder. Straight answers — no fluff.
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to your vehicle and a way to return the keys, you don't have to be present. Many of our customers leave the car in their driveway and go about their day. We'll text you when we arrive and when we're done.
Light rain isn't a problem for interior-only services. For exterior or full detail work, we monitor the weather closely. If conditions are going to make the job impossible to do properly, we'll contact you to reschedule — no fees, no hassle. We won't do rushed or compromised work just to check a box.
We typically have availability within the same week, and sometimes same-day for our Express service. Ceramic coating slots book out further because of the time required. For weekends, we recommend booking 3–5 days ahead to secure your preferred slot.
We require at least 1 hour's notice to cancel or reschedule without charge. Cancellations within 1 hour of the appointment — and no-shows — are subject to a flat $50 fee. This applies regardless of reason, because our detailers have already committed that time slot and often turned down other bookings. You can reschedule anytime before that 1-hour window directly from your account page.
Very little. Just make sure:
- Remove personal valuables (laptops, wallets, important documents)
- The car is parked in a spot we can access — driveway, parking lot, street
- If possible, leave a few feet of clearance on both sides
