Welcome to Dallas Best Car Detailing. Please read these terms carefully before booking our services.
1. Service Agreement
By booking a service with Dallas Best Car Detailing LLC, you agree to these terms. Our services are provided at the location you specify during booking. As a mobile service, we come to your location to perform the work.
2. Booking and Scheduling
Bookings made through our website are requests subject to confirmation. We will confirm your appointment via SMS within 24 hours. A booking confirmation does not guarantee a specific cosmetic outcome, as results depend heavily on the pre-existing condition of the vehicle.
3. Pricing
Prices listed on our website are base estimates for vehicles in standard condition. Final pricing may be adjusted based on:
- Vehicle size (SUV/Truck pricing applies to vans, crossovers, and any vehicle larger than a sedan).
- Condition severity (excessive mud, stains, or neglect).
- Additional contamination (pet hair, biological waste, mold).
We will communicate any price adjustments before starting work. You have the right to decline additional charges, in which case we will perform only the originally quoted service or cancel the appointment.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and Zelle. Failure to pay upon completion may result in legal or collection action.
5. Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: No charge.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours: Subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- No-shows (e.g., locked gate, no key access, client not present): Subject to the full service charge.
- Weather cancellations: If we must cancel due to weather, you will be rescheduled at no charge.
6. Service Location Requirements
To perform our mobile services, we require:
- Permission to work on the premises.
- A safe location to park our van and work on your vehicle (driveway or private lot preferred).
- Access to a water source (hose bib) and electrical outlet is preferred but not mandatory if specified in advance.
If your location does not meet these safety requirements, we will contact you to arrange an alternative location or reschedule.
7. Vehicle Condition & Liability
Dallas Best Car Detailing LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage, loose parts, or mechanical issues. This includes but is not limited to:
- Paint defects hidden by dirt.
- Loose interior trim or broken mechanical components.
- Electronic damage due to pre-existing water leaks (e.g., sunroof drains).
We reserve the right to decline service for vehicles containing biohazards (blood, mold, vomit) unless explicitly agreed upon with a specialized quote.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the service, you must contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will inspect the concern and re-do the specific area at no charge. This guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage or wear that occurs after we leave.
9. SMS Communications
By booking, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages regarding your appointment (confirmation, arrival, payment). Marketing SMS messages are optional and require your explicit consent. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for details.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is the property of Dallas Best Car Detailing LLC. We may take photos of your vehicle for marketing purposes (before/after results). If you prefer your vehicle not be photographed, please notify us prior to service.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in Dallas County, Texas.
