Gift card questions
Do the gift cards expire?+
No. Dallas Best gift cards never expire — the recipient can redeem whenever they are ready.
How does the recipient redeem the gift card?+
Every gift card comes with a unique code. The recipient books online or by phone like normal and shows the code at the appointment. That is it.
What does the 10% peace-of-mind coverage do?+
It is optional insurance against surprises. If the car needs a little extra work — heavy pet hair, stubborn stains, extra soiling — the coverage pays for it so the recipient is never asked for more money.
What can I write on the card?+
Anything you like — a name for the "To" line, your name, and a personal message. It is printed right on the gift card.
How do I receive the gift card?+
Choose digital delivery to your email, digital delivery straight to the recipient, or a physical card by mail. Payment is arranged with us directly after you submit your request.
Can the recipient upgrade or change the service?+
Yes. If they would rather put the value toward a different service, the card value applies as credit toward anything we offer.
