Exotic Car Detailing in Dallas–Fort Worth
Exotic-level care, brought to your garage. Full detail from $225, paint correction from $499, ceramic coating from $899 — done at your home or office, 8am–11pm daily, with our own water and power.
What makes exotic car detailing different
An exotic is not a more expensive regular car. The paint is often softer and shows defects more readily, the cabin mixes five or six different materials in close quarters, and the price of a mistake is proportionally higher. The right detailer treats the car accordingly — the wrong one treats it like anything else that rolled in that day.
Softer, darker paint
The deep blacks and metallic greys exotic buyers prefer show swirl marks, water spots, and UV oxidation first. In Dallas, with more than 230 days of sun a year, protection is not optional — it is the finish’s only defense.
A materials puzzle
Full-grain leather, Alcantara, real wood, piano-black trim, contrast stitching — each needs a different product and technique. The cleaner that is safe on a seat can stain a headliner. Anyone who details the whole cabin with one product does not understand the car.
Garage-kept, untouched
Exotics spend most of their lives in garages, and their owners notice everything. We detail the car exactly where it sits — no drop-off, no valet line, no one else behind the wheel. You hand over the keys, not the car.
What an exotic detail includes — and what it costs
You pay our published prices — the same ones every customer sees. No badge surcharge. Vehicle size and paint condition determine the quote, never the logo on the hood.
Exterior Detail
$150Paint-safe hand wash with foam pre-soak, two-bucket method, and separate wheel tools; careful drying; windows, trim, and tires dressed. For the garage-kept car that needs a reset between drives.
Interior Detail
from $150Material-by-material cabin work: pH-balanced leather cleaning and conditioning, Alcantara-safe low-moisture methods, careful treatment of wood and piano-black trim, extraction where the material allows it.
Full Detail
from $225Complete interior plus exterior in one visit — the right starting point for an exotic that needs everything done properly. Add the Deep Clean upgrade (+$49.97) for heavy soiling.
Paint Correction
from $499Machine polishing that removes swirl marks, light scratches, and oxidation from the clear coat — returning soft, dark exotic paint to a true mirror finish before any protection goes on.
Ceramic Coating
from $899Multi-year professional ceramic protection over corrected paint — the defense against Texas UV, hard water spotting, and road film that dulls dark finishes.
Large luxury SUVs take longer and use more material than a coupe — we tell you that up front rather than averaging it into everyone’s price.
The process, step by step
Most paint damage on high-end cars does not come from one bad event. It comes from repeated careless washing — grit dragged across the clear coat a little at a time. Here is what a proper exotic wash involves.
- 1
Foam pre-soak and rinse
Loose grit is rinsed off first, then a thick foam dwell loosens contamination so it slides off instead of being rubbed into soft paint. This single step is the biggest difference between a wash that adds swirls and one that does not.
- 2
Two-bucket hand wash
One bucket of soapy water, one of rinse water; the wash mitt is rinsed after every panel. Grit guards keep settled dirt at the bottom. Straight-line passes, top to bottom — never circular scrubbing on soft paint.
- 3
Wheels done separately
Brake dust is abrasive. Wheels are cleaned with dedicated brushes and a separate wash medium that never touches the paint, using pH-neutral cleaners safe for clear-coated and polished wheel finishes.
- 4
Sheeted rinse, careful drying
Water is sheeted off rather than blasted against emblems and trim. Drying is done with clean, plush microfiber or filtered air — never an automatic car wash, which undoes a professional finish in a single visit.
- 5
Interior by material
Leather cleaned with pH-balanced products and soft brushes; Alcantara treated with dry or low-moisture methods in one direction; wood and piano-black trim cleaned gently with clean microfiber. Interiors are confirmed fully dry before the job is called done.

Exotic detailing questions
How much does exotic car detailing cost in Dallas?
At Dallas Best Car Detailing, an exotic pays the same published prices as any other vehicle: interior detail from $150, exterior detail $150, full detail from $225, deep clean add-on +$49.97, paint correction from $499, and ceramic coating from $899. Pricing follows vehicle size — a large luxury SUV takes more time and material than a coupe — not the badge on the hood.
Is mobile detailing safe for a six-figure car?
Yes — the risk to an exotic is technique, not location. Our vans carry the same professional-grade equipment a shop would use: machine polishers for paint correction, professional ceramic coatings, foam pre-soak systems, and dedicated wheel tools that never touch the paint. The car never leaves your garage, which eliminates the biggest risk of all: someone else driving it.
Do you charge extra because the car is exotic?
No. Some shops add a luxury surcharge simply for the badge; we do not. The honest cost drivers are vehicle size and paint condition — a full-size luxury SUV takes substantially longer than a sports car. Be skeptical of any quote that charges a premium just because of the badge.
What is the difference between paint correction and ceramic coating?
Paint correction (from $499) removes defects — swirl marks, light scratches, oxidation — by machine polishing the clear coat back to a flawless finish. Ceramic coating (from $899) is protection applied over corrected paint, locking in that finish for years against Texas sun and water spotting. Correction fixes; coating protects. Coating over uncorrected paint just seals the defects in.
Do you come to my home in Highland Park, Westlake, or Frisco?
Yes. We are fully mobile across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, including Highland Park, University Park, Westlake, Southlake, Colleyville, Frisco, and Plano. Our vans bring their own water and power, we work 8am–11pm every day, and garage-kept cars are detailed exactly where they sit.
How should I vet an exotic car detailer before handing over the keys?
Ask them to walk you through their wash process step by step and to name the products they use on paint, leather, and Alcantara. A real process has steps — foam pre-soak, two-bucket wash, separate wheel tools, careful drying — and a real answer names products. We wrote a full guide on exactly what to demand before handing over the keys at dallasbestdetail.com/guides/luxury-car-detailing-dallas.
